1. Acceptance of terms
By installing and using the JCB English app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service description
The App provides learning content for studying English: video lessons, interactive exercises, a word bank, pronunciation practice and spoken practice with an AI tutor. The set and availability of features and courses may change.
3. Account
An account (email and password) is required to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to share access with third parties.
4. Access to courses
Access to a course is granted by the course author to participants enrolled outside the App. After you tap "Boshlash" your request is queued for confirmation, and its status is shown in the App. The App does not sell courses and does not process payments.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: copy, record, distribute or resell the learning materials, including videos; attempt to bypass access restrictions; disrupt the service; or use the App for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
All App content — videos, texts, design, methodology — belongs to the rights holder and is protected by law. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for learning.
7. Speech processing and AI
Speech features work only after you have consented to your speech being sent to external AI services for processing. What is sent and to which categories of recipients is described on the consent screen and in the Privacy Policy. Consent can be withdrawn in the app settings.
Free conversation with the AI tutor is available from the age of 13. Before your first conversation the App asks for your age; the rest of the App does not depend on it.
8. AI features and conduct
AI practice is a supplementary learning tool. AI responses may contain inaccuracies and are not a professional or guaranteed assessment. Use them as practice, not as an authoritative source.
You must not deliberately provoke the AI tutor into producing offensive, unlawful or otherwise unacceptable content. Any inappropriate reply can be reported with the "Shikoyat" button; we review such reports and act on them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or any specific learning outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the rights holder is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings & Privacy → Delete account), or through https://jcbenglish.app/delete-account if the App is no longer installed.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated within the App or by other available means.

3. Akkaunt
Ilovadan foydalanish uchun akkaunt (email va parol) talab qilinadi. Kirish ma’lumotlaringiz xavfsizligi va akkauntingiz ostidagi harakatlar uchun siz javobgarsiz. To‘g‘ri ma’lumot berishni va kirish huquqini uchinchi shaxslarga bermaslikni zimmangizga olasiz.
4. Kurslarga kirish
Kursga kirish huquqini kurs muallifi Ilova tashqarisida ro‘yxatdan o‘tgan ishtirokchilarga beradi. «Boshlash» tugmasini bosganingizdan so‘ng so‘rovingiz tasdiqlash navbatiga tushadi; holati Ilovada ko‘rsatiladi. Ilova kurslarni sotmaydi va to‘lovlarni qabul qilmaydi.
5. Ruxsat etilgan foydalanish
Taqiqlanadi: o‘quv materiallarini, jumladan videolarni, nusxalash, yozib olish, tarqatish va qayta sotish; kirish cheklovlarini aylanib o‘tishga urinish; xizmat ishini buzish; Ilovadan noqonuniy maqsadlarda foydalanish.
6. Intellektual mulk
Ilovadagi barcha kontent — videolar, matnlar, dizayn, metodika — huquq egasiga tegishli va qonun bilan himoyalangan. Sizga Ilovadan o‘qish uchun foydalanishga cheklangan, shaxsiy va boshqaga o‘tkazilmaydigan litsenziya beriladi.
7. Nutqni qayta ishlash va sun’iy intellekt
Nutq bilan bog‘liq funksiyalar faqat siz nutqingizni tashqi sun’iy intellekt xizmatlariga yuborishga rozilik berganingizdan keyin ishlaydi. Nima yuborilishi va qanday toifadagi oluvchilarga — rozilik ekranida va Maxfiylik siyosatida yozilgan. Rozilikni ilova sozlamalaridan qaytarib olsa bo‘ladi.
Sun’iy intellekt bilan erkin suhbat 13 yoshdan boshlab ochiq. Birinchi suhbatdan oldin Ilova yoshni so‘raydi; qolgan funksiyalar bu javobga bog‘liq emas.
8. Sun’iy intellekt funksiyalari va xulq qoidalari
Sun’iy intellekt bilan amaliyot — yordamchi o‘quv vositasi. Uning javoblarida noaniqliklar bo‘lishi mumkin va ular professional yoki kafolatlangan baho emas. Ulardan mashq sifatida foydalaning, dalil sifatida emas.
Sun’iy intellekt suhbatdoshini haqoratli, noqonuniy yoki boshqa nomaqbul mazmun yaratishga ataylab undash taqiqlanadi. Har qanday noo‘rin javob haqida «Shikoyat» tugmasi orqali xabar berish mumkin; biz bunday murojaatlarni ko‘rib chiqamiz va chora ko‘ramiz.
9. Kafolatlardan voz kechish
Ilova «qanday bo‘lsa, shundayligicha» taqdim etiladi. Uzluksiz ishlashni, xatolar yo‘qligini va biror aniq o‘quv natijasini kafolatlamaymiz.
10. Javobgarlikni cheklash
Qonun ruxsat bergan doirada huquq egasi Ilovadan foydalanish natijasida yuzaga kelgan bilvosita zararlar uchun javobgar emas.
11. Tugatish
Ushbu Shartlar buzilgan holda kirishni to‘xtatib turishimiz yoki tugatishimiz mumkin. Siz istalgan vaqtda akkauntni ilovada o‘chirishingiz mumkin (Profil → Sozlamalar va maxfiylik → Akkauntni o‘chirish), Ilova endi o‘rnatilmagan bo‘lsa — https://jcbenglish.app/delete-account sahifasi orqali.
12. O‘zgarishlar
Ushbu Shartlarni yangilashimiz mumkin; muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida Ilovada yoki boshqa mavjud usulda xabar beramiz.

1. Принятие условий
Устанавливая и используя приложение JCB English («Приложение»), вы соглашаетесь с настоящими Условиями. Если вы не согласны — не пользуйтесь Приложением.
2. Описание сервиса
Приложение предоставляет учебное содержимое для изучения английского языка: видеоуроки, интерактивные упражнения, банк слов, тренажёр произношения и разговорную практику с ИИ-собеседником. Состав и доступность функций и курсов могут меняться.
3. Аккаунт
Для работы нужен аккаунт (почта и пароль). Вы отвечаете за сохранность данных для входа и за действия под своим аккаунтом. Вы обязуетесь указывать достоверные сведения и не передавать доступ третьим лицам.
4. Доступ к курсам
Доступ к курсу предоставляется автором курса участникам, прошедшим запись вне Приложения. После нажатия «Boshlash» ваша заявка попадает в очередь на подтверждение; статус отображается в Приложении. Приложение не производит продажу курсов и не принимает платежи.
5. Допустимое использование
Запрещается: копировать, записывать, распространять и перепродавать учебные материалы, включая видео; обходить ограничения доступа; нарушать работу сервиса; использовать Приложение в противоправных целях.
6. Интеллектуальная собственность
Всё содержимое Приложения — видео, тексты, оформление, методика — принадлежит правообладателю и охраняется законом. Вам предоставляется ограниченная личная непередаваемая лицензия на использование Приложения для обучения.
7. Обработка речи и ИИ
Функции, связанные с речью, работают только после того, как вы дали согласие на передачу вашей речи внешним ИИ-сервисам для обработки. Что именно передаётся и каким категориям получателей — описано на экране согласия и в Политике конфиденциальности. Согласие можно отозвать в настройках приложения.
Свободная беседа с ИИ-собеседником доступна с 13 лет. Перед первой беседой Приложение спрашивает возраст; остальные функции от ответа не зависят.
8. ИИ-функции и правила поведения
Практика с ИИ — вспомогательный учебный инструмент. Ответы ИИ могут содержать неточности и не являются профессиональной или гарантированной оценкой. Используйте их как тренировку, а не как авторитетный источник.
Запрещается намеренно провоцировать ИИ-собеседника на создание оскорбительного, незаконного или иного недопустимого содержания. О любой неуместной реплике можно сообщить кнопкой «Shikoyat»; мы рассматриваем такие сообщения и принимаем меры.
9. Отказ от гарантий
Приложение предоставляется «как есть». Мы не гарантируем бесперебойную работу, отсутствие ошибок и какой-либо конкретный результат обучения.
10. Ограничение ответственности
В пределах, допускаемых законом, правообладатель не несёт ответственности за косвенные убытки, возникшие из-за использования Приложения.
11. Прекращение
Мы можем приостановить или прекратить доступ при нарушении настоящих Условий. Вы можете удалить аккаунт в любой момент в приложении (Профиль → Настройки и приватность → Удалить аккаунт) или через страницу https://jcbenglish.app/delete-account, если Приложение уже удалено.
12. Изменения
Мы можем обновлять настоящие Условия; о существенных изменениях сообщим в Приложении или иным доступным способом.
