Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

JCB English is a mobile application for learning English (video lessons, interactive quizzes, and AI speaking practice).

By using the app, you agree to this Policy.

2. What data we collect

We do not collect payment data in the app, and we do not request access to contacts, location, photos, or the camera. We do not use your data for advertising tracking.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to: provide the learning service; keep your progress; run AI practice; ensure security; and diagnose and improve the product. Legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the service), your consent (microphone), and legitimate interests (security and product improvement).

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. To operate the service we rely on trusted service providers that process data on our behalf, only to the extent necessary for the relevant function, in the following categories:

Only the audio and text needed for AI features are sent to these providers, and only for processing. Providers may process data outside Uzbekistan (including in the USA and EU) with appropriate safeguards. We do not share your data with advertising networks or data brokers and do not use it for cross‑app advertising tracking. A list of the specific providers we use is available on request at google.oblivion184@passinbox.com.

6. Data retention

Account and progress data are kept while your account exists. After you delete your account, the associated personal data is deleted (see Section 8). Local “Speaking Journal” recordings are removed when you delete the app or manually within the app.

7. Your rights

You may: access your data, correct it, delete your account and data, and withdraw consent (e.g. microphone access). For requests: google.oblivion184@passinbox.com.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app: Profile → Settings & Privacy → Delete account. This removes your account and the associated personal data (profile, progress, results, word bank, AI‑session metadata, access rights).

If you no longer have access to the app, email google.oblivion184@passinbox.com from your account email and we will delete your account and data within a reasonable period.

9. Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

10. Security

Access to data is restricted at the database level so that each user can access only their own data; data is transmitted over secure connections.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will notify users of material changes within the app or by other available means.
